4 stars as there is always room for improvement but in all honesty this firm is truly unique in a crowded market place of small business that often struggle to deliver. I have owned and lived in several properties over the years and help and advise my offspring with their domestic projects. Rory and his team are professional and completly service-oriented. No missed appointments with these guys; moreover they know how to communicate. They are trusted and present as skilled tradesmen. I have no hesitation in using them again and again; but here’s the thing – no repeat calls because it wasn’t done correctly in the first place. Do it once do it right is their mantra.

Sliviu from Macror Plumbing came today to change the valves on the bathroom radiator. I am using Macror Plumbing for years and as usual Silviu was punctual, polite, tidy, and delivered a very professional service. Not only did he do the job efficiently but also explained what to do in an emergency, e.g. when a leak occurs, all within the quoted price. I can highly recommend.

Macror have offered us exceptional service for our heating and boiler issues for many years, they are excellent. Today we presented them with a difficult external downpipe problem. Silviu arrived on time, assessed the situation carefully and worked optimistically and tirelessly until he found a solution which provided a permanent fix. Thank you to all at Macror.

I have used Macror Plumbing for many years and they are exceptionally good. They are polite, clean and on time. They are very knowledgeable and have sorted problems other plumbers previously screwed up. They have quickly fixed broken central heating in the middle of winter, installed new showers, and fixed leaks. Basically it is everything you want when you call a plumber.

I lost my central heating and hot water following a flood in my cellar, and Rory came out to rescue me on the same day I rang him. Being under water had produced lots of problems with the Megaflo, and Rory fixed them all. Not all central heating engineers are competent to deal with unvented systems – Rory is clearly extremely knowledgeable and very expert, as well as admirably thorough and well prepared. Several parts had to be replaced, and Rory had every one of them in his van, so he was able to get the cylinder and boiler up and running in one visit. He worked very late to sort the problem out for me, but still found time to explain everything he’d done, and check that I was happy with the price of all the replacement parts. I shall be using him again for boiler servicing, and I strongly recommend him and his company.

Fantastic service as always. Prompt response, arrived on time, fixed problem(s), explained issues. Even wore a face mask in this Covid-19-times. Would call them again any time without hesitation

Rory came to carry out my annual gas combi boiler service. Never have I ever in over 20 years witnessed a more thorough boiler service which took Rory way over an hour – he even wiped out the dust on the inside of the boiler!
Payment of the going rate was taken by card after – perfect!
I have highly recommended Rory to all my friends and family and asked him to give me quote for renovating my bathroom next.

He and his employees have always been fastidious in their attention detail, professional hard work and addressing safety. Previously the boilers were my No.1 concern to do with the flats but now I am completely confident that they are properly installed, really well maintained and breakdowns will be sorted out at the first call. In addition Rory has provided excellent advice on plumbing and boilers. Very helpful.

Really disappointed. Plumber was late and I didn’t receive a call to tell me this. The lady on the phone didn’t apologise once. It would have been fine if she had apologised.

Macror Plumbing was excellent. Thank you Rory. We had a new Stuart Turner pump and accumulator to compensate for low water pressure from the mains supply and an unvented hot-water cylinder, as well plenty of other things, including thermostatic controls, replacement shower valves, taps, radiator valves, and a landlord’s safety certificate, to put the plumbing in good working order. Rory was first rate, efficient and thorough, and a genuinely nice person to have around. I thoroughly recommended him.

Silvia is the best plumber that has ever attended my rental property in Battersea. He was very competent, experienced, took the time to explain how he was solving the various challenges of my flat’s old plumbing and went above & beyond with first class service. I’m happy to highly recommend Silvia and Macror plumbing.

Silviu did a great job diagnosing and on a second visit fixing a leaking shower as well as fitting a new shower screen, new bath mixer taps, clearing a slow draining bath pipe, he even fixed a couple of things I didn’t know were broken while he was working! In the end I paid for the hours worked, which ended up £300 cheaper than the fixed price quote I was given, good decision. I didn’t give 5 stars due to the fixed price quote being a lot more than I ended up paying, and it took quite a lot of effort to arrange for the second visit when Silviu did the majority of the work. Silviu is great 🙏

Silviu came round today and was brilliant. Was polite, efficient and sorted everything very quickly. Even helped out with fixing something that wasn’t on the initial job request. I couldn’t recommend him & Macror more.

So pleased I found these guys! From start to finish the service has been highly professional and they are just a really friendly, calm team! First of all Simon was really understanding as I’d had a bad experience with an alternative company and I felt like I was in good hands with Macror which was a huge relief. Rory then came to my flat on 2 separate occasions, the first to do a huge 5 hour job on my boiler which had broken – he took such great care with it and just got on with doing it even though the space was really cramped and dark where he was working and cannot have been comfortable!! He also postponed a job following mine in order that mine wasn’t rushed. He came back on a second occasion to do a couple of small extra bits in the flat and again was fantastic. Seriously go with these guys, you’ll be in v safe hands and won’t regret it!!

These guys are fantastic. Easy to contact, really attentive management and the chap that came to site was brilliant. Friendly, helpful and really thorough – solved a tricky and long term problem in a couple of visits- strongly recommend
